2 c. water
2/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin

Bring water and sugar to a boil. Add rhubarb and cook until soft. Remove from heat; add gelatin and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Makes 1 quart.
