4 fish fillets Mushroom caps 1 (8 oz.) bottle French dressing 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Marinate fish in 3/4 cup dressing for 2 to 3 hours. Simmer fillets in marinade for 10 minutes; transfer to heat-proof platter. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, and enough dressing to moisten. Sprinkle over fillets. Garnish with mushroom caps. Broil until browned. |
