CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 large chicken breasts, cooked & cut into small pieces
1 c. cooked rice
2 sm. pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix soup, lemon juice, curry powder and mayonnaise. Layer rice in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish; add broccoli, chicken and pour soup mixture on top.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
