BETTY'S SUPER EASY CHEESECAKE | |
Couldn't be easier, and is surprisingly creamy and good! 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 prepared graham cracker crust (Keebler) Soften cream cheese until it's almost at room temperature. In mixer, mix together cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Once those are WELL mixed, add in lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Once they're well mixed and creamy, pour ingredients into prepared graham cracker crust. Cover with Saran or plastic wrap and let sit in refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
