3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. cream
1 tsp. orange flavoring

Boil sweet potatoes until tender, peel and mash. Mix all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle topping over potato mixture and bake in 350 degree oven until lightly brown.

TOPPING:

1/3 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter and mix with other ingredients. Sprinkle over potatoes.
