SENATOR RUSSELL'S SWEET POTATO
SOUFFLE
 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well and put in baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. butter

Mix well and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
