CALIFORNIA LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. butter

FILLING;
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp. flour

Blend together flour and butter. Spread into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Beat together all of filling ingredients and pour over hot crust. Bake another 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot.
