PIZZA 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. each salt and sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest at least 5 minutes. I like to let it sit longer. Divide dough into halves to make two 11 inch round pizzas or let the kids make several small individual pizzas.

Spray pizza pan (or cookie sheets) with a non-stick coating. Sprinkle lightly with cornmeal. Shake off excess cornmeal. Pat dough onto baking sheets. Flour your hands to keep them from sticking.
