2/3 c. salt
2 tbsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Store in an air-tight container. Use as seasoning for meats, poultry, and fish. Yield: 1 cup.
