SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cook and mash potatoes. Mix potatoes, butter, sugar, syrup, eggs and cinnamon in electric mixer. Put in casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts

Mix flour, brown sugar and butter with a fork or pastry blender until crumbly. Add nuts and put mixture on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until top is crunchy. If recipe is cut in half, you will still need to use all of the topping.
