SWEET POTATO PIE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix first 5 ingredients well and place in casserole dish. Mix topping. Sprinkle on top of other mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

PIE CRUST:

2 1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter or grease
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Work dough with hand and flatten in 2 pie plates, cook until golden brown.
