PORK CHOPS DIJON 
4 pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
2 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 sm. onion, sliced

Trim excess fat from chops. In a small bowl combine salad dressing, mustard and pepper. Brush both sides of chops with mixture.

In 12 inch skillet cook chops, covered, over medium low heat for 20 minutes. Turn chops, add onion, cook covered 5-10 minutes more. Serve topped with onions and pan juices.
