OKRA FRITTERS 
1 c. thinly sliced okra
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. fresh chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. cornmeal
1 egg

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Cook until golden brown.
