NO TOSS SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 (6 oz.) water chestnuts, sliced
1 pkg. (8 oz.) frozen green peas
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 lb. crumbled fried bacon
3 to 4 hard-cooked eggs
3 sliced tomatoes
Parmesan grated cheese

Layer first four ingredients in order in a 13 x 9 inch glass dish. Break peas apart and sprinkle on top while frozen. Spread mayonnaise like icing a cake. Sprinkle with sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, add remaining ingredients in layers. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over tomato layer and serve.
