LEMON DELIGHT 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. pecans or walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding

Layer I: Mix flour, butter and 1/2 cup nuts. Press in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes; let cool.

Layer II: Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip. Spread over Layer I.

Layer III: Take milk and pudding; mix until thick and spread on Layer II.

Layer IV: Spread 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip on Layer III and sprinkle with the rest of nuts. Refrigerate.
