FRESH PEACH PIE 
1 scant c. of sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Pastry for bottom pie crust
Enough peaches placed cavity side down to fill pie shell

Cream together sugar and butter. Into this mixture work flour and beat into it the egg. Add vanilla. Spread mixture over peaches. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
