CHERRY SALAD 
2 small pkg. cherry Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 can cherry pie filling
1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)

Dissolve Jell-o in boiling water. Set in refrigerator until it starts to set. add pie filling and pineapple. Let congeal.

Topping:

1 -8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar

Mix together and spread on top of Jell-O. Optional: sprinkle with cup-up toasted or untoasted pecans or substitute strawberry Jell-O and pie filling.
