CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 (20 oz.) rolls refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

Mix together well first four ingredients; set aside. Slice cookie dough rolls into 1/3" slices. Place slices of one roll onto a 9"x13" baking dish; press together to cover up any holes. Spoon in cream cheese mixture evenly and top with slices of remaining package of cookie dough. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden and center is slightly firm. Remove from oven; let cool then refrigerate. Cut into squares when completely cool. Keep refrigerated. Serves 12.
