CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
2 (16 oz.) rolls refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. sugar

Soften cream cheese and chocolate chip cookie rolls at room temperature. Cut one roll into slices and put in bottom of well greased 9"x13" pan. Press together evenly to make crust. Sprinkle one half of walnuts over this crust. Beat cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar until almost smooth. Pour over nuts and crust. Take second roll of cookies and cut into slices and place cookies over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle remaining nuts over top of cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
