ITALIAN BEEF SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 med. tomato, cut in wedges, or use 1 can (8 oz.) tomatoes and reduce water to 3/4 c.
1 c. water
1 pkg. (10 oz.) Birds Eye Italian Style vegetables with seasoned sauce
1 c. Minute Rice, uncooked

Brown beef in skillet. Add salt, tomato, water and vegetables. Bring to a full boil, separating vegetables with a fork and stirring frequently until sauce cubes are blended. Cover and simmer 2 minutes. Bring again to a boil; stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
