ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD | |
1/2 head cut cabbage 3 green onions 1 pkg. chicken Ramen 1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds 1/8 tsp. sesame oil (optional) 1/4 c. vinegar 1/2 c. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. water 1 tsp. sugar (or 1 pkg. artificial sweetener) Toast almonds in 350 degree oven for approximately 4 minutes until golden brown. Combine vinegar, oils, water, sugar and chicken seasoning from Ramen package. Set aside. Break up Ramen noodles, combine remainder of ingredients. Toss with dressing. Chill for 3 hours. |
