MEAT LOAF 
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. apple or pear sauce
1 c. corn flakes
1 lb. lean ground beef or deer meat
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. wheat germ
3 tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Combine bread crumbs, applesauce, corn flakes, beef, egg, celery, wheat germ, onion, salt and pepper.

After mixing, pour into round cone microwave dish. Make a depression in the center all the way around the tube.

Mix 1/2 cup apple or pear sauce, 1 teaspoon brown sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar and pour over the meat loaf.

Cook uncovered ten (10) minutes. Rotate 1/4 turn halfway through cooking time. Cook five (5) minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
