CHICKEN CORN CHOWDER 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. diced raw potato
1 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 c. chicken broth
1 (#3) can cream style corn
3 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in saucepan. Add onions and cook until golden. Add potato and chicken broth. Cover and cook until potato is tender. Add remaining ingredients, except parsley, and heat only to boiling. Add additional seasonings, if necessary. Garnish with parsley. Serves 6.
