CARROT CAKE AND FROSTING | |
4 eggs 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 3 c. grated carrots 1 1/2 c. oil 2 c. flour 2 tsp. cinnamon Mix thoroughly, pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cake is done if knife inserted in center comes out clean. FROSTING: 1/2 lb. butter 8 oz. cream cheese 1 box 10X sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts Cream cheese with butter, add remaining ingredients. |
