CAESAR SALAD 
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic
6 flat fillets of anchovies
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 lg. head Romaine lettuce
1/2 c. or more if you prefer, croutons

Mash anchovies into a paste, add crushed garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Mix with a fork. Add lemon juice and mix well. Then whisk in olive oil, Parmesan cheese and finally the egg.

Break lettuce leaves into bite size pieces and toss with croutons and dressing.
