4 c. (1 lb.) cranberries 2 c. water 2 c. sugar Boil cranberries in water for 20 minutes or until berries are tender. Put through a strainer or food mill. Add sugar to berry puree. Cook rapidly 5 minutes; stir constantly. Pour into mold and chill. |
