CRANBERRY WINE JELLY MOLD 
1/2 c. cold water
1/4 c. unflavored gelatin
3 c. cranberry juice
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. Madeira cooking wine
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
Red and green seedless grapes for garnish

Combine water and gelatin in a small bowl and set aside to soften. Bring cranberry juice to boil in large saucepan over medium high heat. Add sugar and simmer, stirring, until dissolved. Remove from heat and add gelatin mixture. Stir until dissolved. Cool 10 minutes. Stir in Madeira, orange juice and lemon juice. Pour mixture into decorative 7-8 cup mold. Refrigerate overnight.

To serve, unmold jelly and decorate with clusters of grapes. Perfect with your holiday turkey or ham.
