SUPER SIMPLE STUFFED PEPPERS 
3 bell peppers (any color)
1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
1 (15 oz.) can Manwich Sloppy Joe Mix
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes (Hunts)
1 lb. ground meat (any kind you like)

Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise. Boil for 5-10 minutes if you prefer softer peppers. Cook rice according to directions (I use rice cooker). Brown ground meat. Mix rice, meat, Sloppy Joe mix, diced tomatoes together. Fill peppers.

Bake at 350°F until peppers are done to your liking.

Note: This recipe can be varied in many ways. I like to add onions and veggies in browning meat. You can top with ketchup, BBQ sauce, or cheese. Have fun.
