1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, soft
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. light or dark brown sugar, packed
1 c. sugar
1 lg. egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour, baking powder, salt. Beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and 1/2 cup granulated sugar. When creamy beat in egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture 1/2 at a time, beating well. With remaining sugar on wax paper - 1 inch balls. 1 teaspoon roll in sugar -1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Press Kiss on top of cookie. Bake 2 to 4 minutes. Cool on rack. Bake at 375 degrees. 60 cookies.
