BLACK CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. chicken pieces

Combine all ingredients (except chicken) with mixer or blender. Marinade chicken overnight.

This is excellent on grill, baste with sauce as you grill. May use up to 24 pieces of regular chicken if using boneless, remove skin.
