PEPPER STEAK 
3 lb. round steak
1 1/2 green pepper
2 onions
1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
1 2/3 c. water

Saute peppers and onion in Crisco oil. Remove from oil. Cut steak into thin pieces; flour steak and brown in oil. Remove steak from oil and remove oil. Put meat, pepper and onion together. Add water and sauce. Cook until tender. Serve with rice. All the way from California. Very good.
