VARIETY BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 med. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp. oil
1 to 3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1 can lima, kidney, butter and black beans

Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar, salt and pepper and mustard. Combine with beans. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 45 minutes.
