VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 c. bell pepper
1 c. celery
1 c. onions
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 c. salad dressing
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into sm. sm. pieces

Saute bell pepper, celery and onions in butter. Add Veg-All, salad dressing and cheese. Melt 1 stick butter and add 2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly brown.
