STRAWBERRY BREAD 
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
2 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 c. pecans

Combine dry ingredients; set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients and add to dry ingredients; add pecans.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.

Makes one large loaf or 3 small loaves.
