BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1 lg. can Hershey's syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and butter, add eggs. Beat well, then add syrup, salt, flour and nuts. Mix together. Pour batter in greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

FROSTING: Put sugar, butter and milk in kettle. Boil for 1 minute. Then add chocolate chips, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Keep stirring until chips are melted and mixed together. Put frosting on bars while still warm. Cool. Cut into bars.
