BESSIE FITZPATRICK'S FRUIT SALAD
DRESSING
 
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. white sugar

Boil and cool. Then add 4 well beaten eggs and cook over low heat until thick (don't overcook). Cool slightly and add equal parts of whip cream. Serve with drained fruit and fresh fruit. Serves 12.
