NEW POTATOES WITH PEAS 
12-15 small new red potatoes
8 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, sliced
2 c. fresh or frozen peas
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. canned milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions in 1 tablespoon butter. Boil potatoes until just about done; add peas and onions. In large saucepan add remaining butter, add flour and mix well. Add cream and bring to a boil and thicken. Add to potatoes and peas. Mix well, add salt and pepper. Cook until potatoes and peas are done.
