1 head cauliflower 1 box peas or 4 to 5 potatoes Clean, peel, and cut to size desired. 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cumin, ground (or more) 1 tsp. coriander, ground (or more) 1/2 tsp. black pepper, ground coarse (or more) 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional) 1 tbsp. finely chopped ginger 6 cloves garlic 2 lg. onions 1/2 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom 1 tbsp. turmeric Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add spices; stir up well. Add veggies; steam, covered, 30 to 45 minutes. Stir frequently. |
