CAULIFLOWER PIE (LOVE PIE) 
1 double crust pie for 9 inch plate
1 head cauliflower or 1pkg. frozen
2 to 3 potatoes
1 carrot
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook cauliflower until tender - separate flowerets and chop into small pieces - cook potatoes and carrots until tender. Mix all vegetables together, add salt and pepper - put into pie shell. Top with crust and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
