CLAM OR OYSTER PIE 
1) 1 1/2-2 c. saltines, crushed
2) 1/4 c. butter
3) 1 med. onion, chopped
4) 1 pt. oysters or 2 cans (6 1/2 oz.) minced clams
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
9 inch pie plate

Melt butter and saute onions, then drain liquid. (Save liquid for crumbs to make crust). Add oysters or clams. Cook 8-10 minutes. Add soup to clam mixture. Beat eggs and milk together. Add to clams. Pour into pie crust. (If crust is too dry add clam liquid). Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
