CLAM PIE 
1 pie shell
2 cans minced or chopped clams (& juice)
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. oil
Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder or minced garlic to taste
1 very sm. green pepper, chopped sm.

In a large bowl mix clams, bread crumbs, oil, cheese, garlic and pepper. Add mixture to pie shell and smooth all around. Top with Mozzarella slices (very thin) across top of pie. Bake at 400 to 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
