PEAS AND NEW POTATOES 
2 lbs. new potatoes, washed, scrubbed and halved
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Kraft link cheese food - garlic flavored, cut up
4 oz. cream cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Cook potatoes in small amount of water about 12 minutes or until tender. Add peas, cover and cook 3 minutes. Put in colander and drain; set aside.

Melt butter, using the same pan. Stir in flour, add milk all at once. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Reduce heat; add cheeses and stir until melted. Add potatoes and peas and half of bacon. Heat through. Place in serving dish and sprinkle with remaining bacon. Serves 12.
