CHEESE AND PEAS POTATOES | |
8 oz. cheese spread with Mexican flavor 16 oz. pkg. loose-pack frozen hash brown potatoes with onions and peppers 1 c. loose-pack frozen peas 1/4 c. chopped salami Spoon cheese into saucepan; stir over low heat until melted. Set aside. Place in a 2 quart casserole dish the potatoes, peas, and salami. Stir in the melted cheese and mix well. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6 to 8. |
