MISSISSIPPI FUDGE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 (16 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows

Soften butter and cream with cocoa. Mix eggs and sugar; add flour, oil, and salt. Mix well.

Pour into greased pan 9 x 13, put nuts on cake before baking. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees. When cake is done, remove from oven, put marshmallows on top, put cake back in oven and cook until marshmallows brown around edge. Take out of oven and let cool.

FROSTING:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. cocoa

Mix together; add one box powdered sugar, 1/2 cup milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix well.
