MARYLAND BEAN SALAD | |
1 can French cut green beans 1 can LeSueur peas 1 can white shoepeg corn 1 c. celery, chopped 1 c. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped (optional) MARINADE: 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 3/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. oil 3/4 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. water Mix vegetables and marinade 24 hours before serving. Drain off marinade before serving. Serves 10 and keeps for a week. |
