CHICKEN VEGETABLE BAKE 
1 lb. fresh or frozen broccoli
1 lb. fresh or frozen cauliflower
1 lb. fresh or frozen carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Parboil fresh vegetables or thaw and drain vegetables if frozen. Combine soup, milk, chicken, vegetables and cheese. Spread mixture into greased 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4-6. May top with buttered bread crumbs, if desired.
