CHICKEN VEGETABLE BAKE 
1 pkg. (18-20 oz.) frozen Italian mixed vegetables
Salt
1 broiler fryer (2 1/2-3 lb.) cut up
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper

About 45 minutes before serving, preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a 12 x 8 inch baking dish, combine frozen vegetables with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Sprinkle chicken with paprika, pepper and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt; arrange skin side up, covering vegetables completely. Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serves 4.
