CHICKEN RUEBEN 
8 boneless chicken breasts
1 (15 oz.) can sauerkraut with caraway seeds, drained
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) jar Kraft Catalina or Thousand Island dressing

Spread chicken over bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Cover with sauerkraut. Place 1 slice of cheese (sandwich size) over each chicken breast. Cover with dressing of choice and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
