2 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. Italian cheese
2 tsp. salt (less, optional)
1 sm. onion
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
Bread crumbs
A little green pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Roll mixture into meatballs. Put on an ungreased cookie sheet. Brown meatballs in oven on 350 degrees. When done, put into sauce to finish cooking. Add a little meatball grease to sauce, it makes the sauce richer.
