MEAT BALLS | |
2 lbs. lean ground beef 3 c. Progresso Italian style bread crumbs 4 eggs 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. dried chives Beat eggs and milk together. Add chives, let sit for 10 minutes. Mix meat, bread crumbs and egg mixture together. Form into meat balls. Bake in ungreased baking pan, 350 degrees for 30 minutes (turn over after 20 minutes). Makes 20-24 meat balls. |
